This software program has been specifically developed to help you create your Plan of Attack to allow you to reach Point B (your business goals). It allows you to measure the key Profit Drivers and produces an automated monthly Progress Report which allows you to track your progress and adjust your course as you go. To once again use our analogy of Point A to Point B; when a pilot flies the route he is continually adjusting his course allowing for wind changes etc. |
