Business Evaluation Report

"Prescription without diagnosis is malpractice"

This is a comprehensive report which firmly establishes where the business is at currently. The purpose is best served by the following analogy… If a pilot wants to fly from Point A to Point B, he needs to know where his destination is - Point B. It’s the same with business.Yet most business owners have no clearly defined written goals for their business.

And as the saying goes, “He who aims at nothing usually hits it with remarkable accuracy.” That’s why we start with establishing Point A, then Point B (your goals) so you have the basis upon which to design your Plan of Attack to get you there. At the end of the year, we complete a second Business Evaluation Report to document and demonstrate the improvements made.

By the way, the Business Evaluation Report is precisely the type of information financial institutions require if you are applying for a business loan. It is also what potential buyers are looking for if you ever want to sell your business. In fact, a survey done by the Commonwealth Bank showed that businesses with information of this type can be worth up to 60% more than they would have been without it.
